My name is Rob O'Brien. I offer both the experience and the attention to client service that you need. I have more than three decades of legal experience. After graduating from law school in 1984, I spent 17 years as an assistant city attorney. During this time, I maintained a private family and estate planning practice. In 2001, I began representing debt collectors. Since 2008, I have devoted my practice to bankruptcy law, helping individuals and small businesses across New Hampshire get relief from severe financial distress.
Because I have represented creditors, I understand their perspective and can use these insights for my clients' benefit. More than anything, I am invested in helping my clients take action against their creditors and find a way out of serious financial distress.
